Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize clinically recommended evidence-based screening tools to assess client progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavioral interventions consistent with best practices in mental health.

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Act as a liaison with relevant governmental agencies, community partners, and service systems to optimize support for clients.

• Foster open communication channels that promote the agency's mission and fulfill contractual obligations.
\n
• Develop robust relationships with local and state agencies to advocate for mental health programs and identify funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending relevant conferences, leading presentations, and participating in task forces focused on mental health issues.
