Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the psychological and developmental needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and consider the developmental stages of your clients.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to deliver effective interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy, tailored to young patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, empowering parents and caregivers to create nurturing, supportive environments conducive to their child's mental health.

• Collaborate closely with our team of experienced child psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support in emergency situations, demonstrating a calm and effective approach to mental health crises.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources to foster understanding and engagement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to enhance patient care.

• Stay informed of current research and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry to continually improve therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving children and adolescents aged 5-18 years who face a variety of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. We strive to create a safe and nurturing space where young individuals can express themselves and work through their issues therapeutically.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is necessary for this role.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, particularly with children and adolescents.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of childhood and adolescent psychiatric disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating compassion and the ability to build rapport with young clients and their families.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for documenting sessions and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering therapeutic services in a school setting or similar environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
