Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), allowing you to practice independently without supervision.

• No limited or provisional licenses are acceptable, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.

• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic nature are essential for building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit for your convenience, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors to ensure you have the resources needed for self-care while you support others.
