This position will primarily be remote, offering flexibility without compromising the quality of care provided. However, our outpatient office in West Wendover serves as a collaborative space for team meetings, consultations, and training sessions. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while tending to patient needs.

• Conduct detailed intake interviews with clients to assess their needs, presenting issues, and overall mental health status, ensuring thorough documentation to inform treatment.

• Utilize assessment tools and methodologies to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that include clear goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes tailored to each client.

• Provide compassionate one-on-one therapy sessions addressing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to create a supportive environment for clients facing similar challenges, enhancing peer connections and learning.

• Respond promptly to client crises, offering immediate support, safety planning, and appropriate referrals as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, document therapy sessions, and communicate effectively with relevant parties, including insurance providers and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
