Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual and family mental health assessments to identify unique challenges and strengths, utilizing standardized tools and culturally responsive methods.

• Design individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's cultural and personal context.

• Facilitate a range of therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group formats, aimed at fostering mental health resilience and addressing various concerns.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, offering support and action plans for patients experiencing acute emergencies.

• Deliver educational sessions for patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.

• Engage actively in professional development activities, including team meetings and case conferences, to share insights and enhance cultural competency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is a must.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, cultural competence in therapeutic practices, and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
