Work Environment

Located within a state-of-the-art hospital facility, our dermatology practice provides a dynamic and supportive work environment. You will work closely with leading dermatologists and a team of talented healthcare professionals. Our work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one late evening per week and occasional Saturday shifts based on patient needs. This schedule is designed to foster work-life balance while ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and skin examinations.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for a range of dermatological conditions, both medical and cosmetic.
• Perform cosmetic procedures such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with utmost professionalism and care.
• Assist in skin cancer screenings and offer post-operative care for patients undergoing surgical interventions.
• Provide personalized skincare recommendations and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient interactions and treatments accurately in our electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be engaging with a diverse population of patients, ranging from those seeking treatment for various skin conditions to individuals interested in cosmetic procedures. Our patient-centric approach emphasizes understanding each patient’s unique concerns, and crafting tailored treatment strategies to boost their confidence and skin health.

Qualifications

• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in dermatology or a Family Nurse Practitioner program including dermatological coursework.
• Active Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) credential from the Dermatology Nursing Certification Board (DNCB).

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in dermatology as a Nurse Practitioner or in a related field.
• Proficiency in cosmetic procedures, including Botox and fillers, is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
