Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical treatment for a variety of dermatological conditions, ensuring that all activities align with your training and the guidance of the supervising physician.
• Thoroughly document all patient encounters, including writing orders and progress notes that will undergo review and countersignature by the supervising physician.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical staff to coordinate a seamless provision of quality dermatological care, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Identify and address operational challenges within the practice, offering insights to management for improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate current clinical practices and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Train and support clinical staff in aligning with established policies and procedures to uphold best practices.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies while ensuring confidentiality for all patients.
• Assist in administrative functions related to patient feedback and staff suggestions to drive service improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Physician Assistant studies is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
