Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including thorough medical histories and physical examinations to identify pain issues.
• Collaboratively develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans alongside physicians, ensuring alignment with best practices in pain management.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions based on evaluative findings and patient needs.
• Perform pain management procedures such as joint injections, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections, as credentialed, enhancing the efficacy of patient care.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) system, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training initiatives to stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in the field of pain management.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
