Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physician Assistant, you will engage in a variety of clinical tasks including:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to understand their pain conditions and medical history.
• Diagnosing illnesses and formulating effective treatment plans under the supervision of attending physicians.
• Performing procedures such as joint injections or nerve blocks and assisting in surgical interventions when required.
• Providing detailed follow-up care and ongoing management strategies for chronic pain patients.
• Educating patients and their families on pain management strategies, including the importance of preventive care and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with hospital protocols and ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree with a focus in an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant.
• At least two (2) years of experience working in pain management or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits
