Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the nature of their pain and any underlying issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and patient histories.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s specific needs, integrating both medicinal and therapeutic options.
• Assist physicians in performing interventional pain management procedures such as nerve blocks, joint injections, and other minimally invasive techniques.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols to manage patient pain effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
• Educate patients about various pain management strategies, including lifestyle changes, exercise programs, and alternative therapies to achieve comprehensive pain relief.
• Maintain meticulous medical records in accordance with organizational protocols to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physician Assistant will primarily work with patients dealing with chronic pain conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, post-surgical pain, and neuropathic pain syndromes. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
