Key Responsibilities

• Perform extensive patient evaluations, gathering detailed medical histories, conducting thorough physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests to establish a comprehensive understanding of each patient's condition.
• Strategically develop and implement personalized treatment plans in conjunction with supervising physicians, considering individual patient needs and treatment objectives.
• Carry out and assist in procedures including joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks under physician oversight, ensuring patient safety and adherence to best practices.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient response and progress, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients on pain management tactics, medication guidance, and essential lifestyle adaptations to promote healthier living and improved well-being.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team encompassing various healthcare specialists to create a well-rounded treatment approach tailored to each patient’s unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Pain Management department serves a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing chronic pain conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and post-surgical pain, as well as those needing acute pain relief. You will foster long-term patient relationships aimed at developing trust and ensuring individualized care plans that empower patients on their road to recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Valid state licensure and current board certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on building rapport and trust with patients.
• Strong work ethic, with an ability to handle challenges empathetically and effectively in various clinical situations.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in pain management, surgical settings, or a related medical field.
• Experience with specific pain management techniques and interventional procedures is highly valued, although not mandatory.
• Demonstrated capacity for teamwork and the ability to work independently without close supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
