Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments that delve into clients' backgrounds, presenting issues, and strengths, to formulate effective therapeutic plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Just Be Therapy will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions, focusing on creating a safe space for healing and growth. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• Current and active licensure in Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated ability to effectively assess and address complex client needs with empathy and professionalism.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for constructive engagement with clients and teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy, demonstrating a history of effective client treatment and engagement.
