Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our outpatient treatment facility's telehealth program, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate group sessions designed to promote shared experiences and emotional connections among clients, encouraging a supportive community environment.

• Individual Therapy: Deliver compassionate one-on-one counseling that enables clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, creating personalized coping strategies and actionable goals.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences, focusing on measurable outcomes to guide therapy.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress, refining treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and transitions into adulthood. You will create a safe and nurturing environment in which clients can openly share their experiences, fostering healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and online counseling ethics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
