Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while collaborating closely with our outpatient office staff. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts to accommodate the needs of our students and their families. Employees may also need to be available for on-call situations involving mental health emergencies, ensuring we always have support when it is needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students exhibiting a range of special needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's unique challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on emotional well-being, behavioral integration, and overall mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in delivering individual and group therapy sessions, contributing to personal growth and effective coping strategies for students.

• Work collaboratively with educators and multidisciplinary colleagues, including speech and occupational therapists, to coordinate holistic care for each student.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, effectively managing high-stress situations with professionalism and care.

• Educate students and their families on mental health conditions and available support resources, empowering them with knowledge and understanding.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
