Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students to identify their unique challenges and strengths.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs, focusing on their emotional health and integration into the school environment.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities suitable for ASD, emotional and behavioral disorders, and ADHD.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth and enhancing coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for students.

• Offer crisis intervention services and support during emergencies, guaranteeing that students receive immediate and appropriate care.

• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and coping mechanisms.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
