Work Environment\n

This position is classified as remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with students and parents through telehealth platforms or video conferencing. Although most work will be completed remotely, you will be part of a dynamic outpatient office setting that is committed to delivering outstanding mental health services. Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call availability as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Design and execute tailored treatment plans that address the mental health and emotional needs of each child, ensuring successful integration into the educational setting.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, ADHD, and trauma, ensuring that our services are effective and supportive.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, providing students with strategies to enhance personal development, emotional regulation, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student's care.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of students.

• Educate students and families about mental health conditions, available support resources, and coping strategies.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation, aligning with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance in our mental health practices.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss progress and strategize on best practices for student care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on working with children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
