Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments for students, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices in clinical social work, addressing emotional and psychological well-being.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to the specific needs of students dealing with ASD, ADHD, emotional disturbances, and trauma.

• Collaborate closely with educators, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to create a cohesive support network for students.

• Deliver crisis intervention, ensuring students receive immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Engage families and students in psychoeducational activities that promote understanding of mental health conditions and available resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of student progress and therapeutic activities, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of a current and valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
