This position offers a hybrid work-from-home opportunity, allowing LCSWs the flexibility to work remotely while also engaging in in-person sessions as necessary. Our detox center is well-equipped with resources to support your practice, including an EMR system for efficient record-keeping and communication. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients struggling with substance use and mental health issues, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's needs.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, ensuring timely updates to client records, progress notes, and treatment plans.

• Schedule ongoing therapy appointments, effectively managing your calendar to promote consistency in client care.

• Utilize a billing service to streamline administrative tasks, including processing client claims and maintaining accurate accounts receivable, allowing you to focus on providing quality care.

• Collaboratively engage with other healthcare providers and support staff within our detox center to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure seamless patient transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including adults facing challenges related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your role is crucial in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, emphasizing not just abstinence but holistic well-being and personal growth. Your ability to connect empathetically and establish trust will be paramount in fostering strong therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practices.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, allowing for independent practice.

• Demonstrated professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to set and maintain therapeutic boundaries.

• Excellent time-management skills to ensure timely completion of documentation and client follow-ups.

• Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours a week and provide availability for evening appointments twice a week.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with significant training or experience working with couples and substance use issues preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and billing processes will be highly advantageous.

• Continuing education courses and certifications in addiction treatment or couples therapy will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n
