Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their journey.

• Monitor and document client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to offer integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about new research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously improve your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily interact with individuals facing emotional and psychological difficulties, including trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
