Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address clients’ mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on low-acuity adult clients, typically presenting with mild to moderate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, and grief. This targeted demographic allows you as a therapist to create a meaningful impact without the complexities associated with severe mental health cases or child therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Washington is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
