This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychosocial needs to determine appropriate treatment plans and referrals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s circumstances.

• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention, utilizing evidence-based practices to address immediate mental health concerns and ensure safety and well-being.

• Support patients in navigating the complexities of healthcare entitlements and benefits, including helping them with the paperwork necessary for supplemental insurance, assisting with entitlement programs, and connecting them to local resources.

• Assist patients with accessing prescription cost assistance programs through community resources and pharmaceutical company initiatives, ensuring they can afford the medications needed for their mental health.

• Advocate for patients by liaising with community agencies, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring they receive the support and services available to them.

• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation, summarizing therapy sessions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate transportation assistance for patients when necessary, demonstrating a commitment to reducing barriers to care.

• Participate in clinical team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights and collaborating on best practices to improve patient treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This therapist role will primarily serve individuals and families facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
