Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Ucare, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, who present with various mental health challenges. Our client population includes individuals coping with trauma, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, substance abuse, and more. You will have the opportunity to employ your specialties to match clients effectively, allowing for personalized and impactful counseling experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to practice independently, as mandated by the State Board.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling or therapy setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
