Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to provide support to our clients from the comfort of your own home or designated remote setup. As a full-time employee, you will work 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule that accommodates 4x10 or 5x8 shift options within the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, groups, and families, addressing their diverse mental health needs.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather detailed social, personal, environmental, and health information necessary for effective treatment.

• Evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological issues and develop tailored treatment plans to address these needs.
\n
• Coordinate and implement programs and activities that cater to clients' social and emotional health requirements.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolution and referrals to pertinent community resources.

• Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with clients to enhance treatment efficacy and support.
\n
• Assess the effectiveness of treatments and adjust strategies as needed for optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain diligent documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring adherence to all established protocols.

• Effectively manage a caseload and routinely update client records to reflect ongoing service provision.

• Provide individual clinical counseling that aligns with best practices and promotes positive mental health.

• Perform other duties as assigned that support the organizational mission and enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
