Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on client needs, focusing on evidence-based therapies.

• Provide therapeutic services that include individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress.

• Implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance service outreach and develop essential business contacts to foster community relationships.

• Offer clinical supervision to team members, ensuring adherence to LMFT/LCSW/LPCC regulatory requirements and upholding the highest professional standards.

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled mental health professionals, fostering an environment of growth, teamwork, and excellence in service delivery.

• Oversee administrative functions and engage with multidisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive care coordination for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, homelessness, and co-occurring disorders. Our patient population benefits from mindful and therapeutic interventions that prioritize client dignity and holistic recovery, bridging therapeutic practices with real-life applications.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Valid and active professional licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

• Two (2) years of clinical experience in crisis management and provision of mental health services, demonstrating efficacy in diverse therapy modalities.

• Strong knowledge of addiction issues and their implications for psychotherapy, as well as an understanding of trauma-informed care practices.

• Ability to engage empathetically with clients and foster a respectful, collaborative relationship with peers and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within community health settings.

• Competence in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

• Familiarity with culturally competent practices, particularly within diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
