Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate each client's unique experiences and needs, facilitating the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to each patient, incorporating their personal and cultural backgrounds into the treatment process.

• Provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and promoting personal growth and resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention support, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and emotional stability during challenging situations.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources to empower their journey toward recovery and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training sessions to enhance collaborative practices.

• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and cultural considerations in the field of mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with a focus on cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy with a culturally responsive lens.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to remain calm and effective in acute situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
