Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions that may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies, adjusting techniques based on client progress.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress to ensure treatment effectiveness and adapt plans as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for those who may face mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on emerging mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population that includes adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be crucial in equipping clients with the tools to navigate their challenges, ultimately contributing to improved mental well-being and life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
