Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing you to engage with clients through telehealth services. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some opportunities for flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gain insight into each patient’s trauma history, utilizing trauma-informed assessment tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that specifically address trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring evidence-based approaches are utilized.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help clients process their experiences.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and support.

The ideal candidate will work predominantly with adult and adolescent individuals who are experiencing the profound impacts of trauma. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings, with a focus on trauma-informed care strongly preferred.

• A deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities and techniques.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
