Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, evaluating their history, presenting problems, and personal resources.

• Develop customized treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals, continually reassessing to monitor client progress over time.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy—tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide engaging and effective individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility or transportation challenges.

• Document all interactions and interventions accurately, adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training, contributing to your own growth and the team’s effectiveness.

Your clientele will range from individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma to those pursuing personal growth and self-improvement. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you must have:

• A current and valid license in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Empathy and a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude toward client challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of effectively balancing a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a telehealth setting or specific therapeutic approaches like trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based therapy, or group therapy will be favorably considered. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually based on caseload and experience. Benefits include:
