Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing confidential clinical services to clients, ensuring the development and implementation of personalized, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Ongoing assessment of client treatment needs, adapting strategies based on feedback and progress, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

• Collaborating with clients to actively engage in their treatment journey by developing coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and enhancing their communication skills.

• Assisting clients in navigating available community services, acting as an advocate to connect them to vital resources that support their recovery.

• Facilitating skill-building activities designed to improve daily living capabilities and community integration, including life skills and leisure activities.

• Monitoring client symptoms and behavior, developing appropriate strategies to support emotional regulation and anger management.

• Contributing to closure and aftercare planning, ensuring clients have adequate support during transitions.

• Maintaining thorough documentation while minimizing administrative burden, enabling you to focus more on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services are geared towards adults aged 18 and older, many of whom face significant challenges related to mental health, often struggling to maintain stability and independence in their communities. You will provide support to individuals navigating a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, fostering their recovery through targeted interventions and ongoing encouragement.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you should hold:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current license in good standing as a:

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• The ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring confident client management.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for clinical services, with a reliable computer and a good Wi-Fi connection.
