Our virtual structure enables rapid onboarding—often in as little as three days—so you can start making a difference right away.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat, ensuring each session is focused on the client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client challenges, strengths, and areas for growth, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance in navigating life’s challenges. Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to forge trusting relationships, creating a safe space for clients to express themselves and work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Independent licensure without the need for supervision or oversight.
\n
• Proven track record with no disciplinary actions on your professional record.

• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote counseling sessions.

• Access to a stable and high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless video consultations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
