About the Position

Non Invasive Cardiologist (Hospital Based) (Locum Tenens)

Location: Washington

Schedule: Day shift, typical hours 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; call rotation required

Position Overview

Hospital based non invasive cardiology coverage focused on inpatient rounding and admissions with shared call rotation. No outpatient clinic required for this assignment.

Clinical Scope

• Inpatient cardiology consults, rounding, and admissions
• Required skills include echocardiography interpretation and related non invasive diagnostics
• Procedures may include cardioversion and transesophageal echocardiography based on privileges

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board eligible or board certified in Cardiology
• Active, unrestricted Washington medical license
• DEA if required for the role
• BLS and ACLS
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Credentialing may require recent case logs and clinical activity documentation
