Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Diamond Behavioral Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and utilizing solution-focused interventions to create individualized treatment plans that address each client's specific needs.

• Implementing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach based on the best available practices and clients' progress.

• Maintaining precise, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that client information is securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel.

• Collaborating with a dynamic treatment team, participating in regular case consultations, and engaging in peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available resources, fostering a holistic approach to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in an outpatient setting, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a background in trauma-informed care will be considered advantageous.
