Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, creating individualized therapy strategies based on these evaluations.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy, to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Participating in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborating effectively with peers and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
