Inner Fire Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), to join our innovative mental health team. This exciting remote role allows you to engage with clients over telehealth platforms, providing critical support and interventions while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.

Work Environment\n

As a telehealth provider, you will work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Inner Fire Wellness Center operates Monday through Saturday, allowing you the flexibility to design your own schedule to accommodate the needs of your clients. Through our in-house credentialing, you will have the resources to manage your insurance participation and patient scheduling efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring your clinical interventions based on the unique needs of each client and their context.

• Facilitating initial assessments to triage mental health needs, developing individualized care plans to guide treatment.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing communication with team members regarding client assessments, treatment strategies, and progress through documentation and regular interdisciplinary meetings such as patient rounds.
\n
• Demonstrating expertise in addressing the physical, psychological, educational, social, and safety needs of diverse patient populations.
\n
• Providing case management services, which involve collaborating with hospital and community professionals to coordinate appropriate care.
\n
• Completing documentation of services in an ethical and timely manner as per departmental standards.
\n
• Implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support, including children, adolescents, adults, and families across various backgrounds and needs. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate their mental health challenges, equipping them with the tools to foster resilience and promote overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Be available to work between 10 to 40 hours per week or more, based on client demand.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or trauma-informed care techniques will be considered an asset. Familiarity with telehealth technology and practices will also benefit the integration into our remote service model.
