Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings for new and ongoing patients to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual counseling sessions that range from crisis intervention to ongoing therapeutic support, leveraging brief therapy models appropriate for a remote setting.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops, focusing on mental health topics that foster personal growth, coping strategies, and peer support among patients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s health are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will serve a diverse array of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and other mental health conditions. Our patient population includes adults, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds, with unique socio-economic challenges and varying levels of access to mental health care. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
