Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health needs through virtual platforms.

• Facilitating weekly group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight participants to create an intimate environment conducive to deep, meaningful discussions.

• Providing individual and family therapy sessions designed to address specific concerns and promote healing.

• Collaborating in case discussions with fellow clinicians, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Documenting progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and staying current on new therapeutic techniques relevant to adolescent and young adult populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid license to practice as a mental health professional, including LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. We welcome both independently-licensed and junior-licensed clinicians, with supervision available for newer professionals.

• Availability to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week, adaptable to either a part-time contract position or a full-time W2 employment status.

• Excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for improving client well-being.
