Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical limitations, pain levels, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific conditions and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Deliver hands-on treatment sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices to maximize patient recovery and satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes to facilitate continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and self-care practices to support ongoing recovery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of patients dealing with various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehab for joint replacements, sports injuries, fractures, and chronic pain syndromes. You will work with individuals ranging from young athletes to older adults recovering from surgery, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic care.
• Proficient clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with patients and teammates.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or focused clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We recognize the importance of our team and offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
