Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patient conditions and impairments.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities aligned with physician recommendations to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous communication with referring physicians to ensure cohesive and effective treatment strategies.
• Involve patients and their caregivers in the rehabilitation process through education, training, and supportive consultations.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve established productivity metrics and integration goals while enhancing the overall effectiveness of the therapeutic team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will treat encompass a diverse range of orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State License to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Strong computer skills including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and familiarity with current evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, accompanied by performance-based incentives.
