Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, providing clinical assessments and treatment for those experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that ensure access to necessary services, collaborating with clients, their families, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange detailed assessments when further evaluation is warranted.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and improve client outcomes.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and appropriate interventions.

• Maintain a caseload effectively, managing individual, group, and family therapy sessions that focus on clients' presenting problems and requests.

• Monitor and document client progress, meeting necessary admission, retention, and discharge criteria.

• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and the organizational code of conduct, promoting safety and professionalism at all times.

• Be responsible for completing reports and data submissions in a timely manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
