Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify and address clients' mental health needs.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring timely assistance during critical situations.

• Engage in outreach initiatives and educational programs that raise awareness about mental health issues, promoting community involvement and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals experiencing varying mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. It’s imperative that our counselors display cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring that care is personalized and attuned to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage with a wide variety of individuals.

• Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to deadlines.
