Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and accurate progress notes as mandated by state regulations and best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and establish therapeutic goals.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions throughout the week, employing evidence-based methodologies to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Participate in one-on-one supervision focused on professional growth and skill enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
