Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, building and maintaining trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct weekly sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client within our electronic record systems.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients and identify their individual therapy needs.

• Engage actively in individual supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greatmind Seattle Therapy, you will work with a varied patient population that includes both children and adults facing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, current and active.

• At least one year of supervised clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services within clinical outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and developing customized treatment plans based on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. We utilize a Fee-for-Service model, allowing clinicians to get paid ahead of client collections with guaranteed rates. Our benefits package includes:
