Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Clear Skies Therapy Services, you will work in a supportive and collaborative setting. Our outpatient office is equipped with modern resources, and while your work will be primarily remote, regular team meetings will ensure that you remain connected with both clients and colleagues. Our work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional flexibility for evening or weekend sessions to accommodate client needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals and specific mental health challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential client records in adherence with legal standards and ethical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health issues, including addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other mood-related complications. You will play a key role in supporting these individuals as they strive for growth and stability through tailored therapeutic practices. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
