Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Steadfast Support Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with departmental policies and best practices.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans, and contributing to discharge planning based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Consulting with family members and other support systems to ensure cohesive and effective treatment and discharge strategies for clients.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs, life circumstances, and challenges.

• Conducting regular sessions with patients to provide therapeutic counseling, assess progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Performing ongoing evaluations of client progress and adapting therapeutic interventions to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with students in the school setting, addressing a variety of mental health issues that impact their educational performance and personal development. Qualifications\n
