Our administrative team ensures that you have the support you need with scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus solely on providing high-quality care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients' strengths, challenges, and personal goals, informing the treatment process.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate best practices and innovative techniques to enhance client outcomes.

• Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community organizations to ensure clients receive well-rounded support and care.

• Maintain up-to-date and meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions as required by state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license: either LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing you to practice independently.

• No disciplinary actions on your record and no limited or provisional licenses.
\n
• Strong professional evaluation skills to formulate treatment recommendations and implement strategic plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in technology and telehealth practices, ensuring effective and efficient client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
