Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and therapeutic group sessions designed to foster connection among clients. You will create a safe space for sharing experiences, encouraging peer support, and promoting collective healing.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide personalized counseling to clients. This includes exploring their mental and emotional challenges, identifying coping strategies, and collaboratively developing actionable plans for their goals.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored therapy plans that align with their unique needs and cultural backgrounds, ensuring they are both goal-oriented and client-centered.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Licensure: Must hold active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

• Clinical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range between $85,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
