Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a supportive environment for clients as they share their experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively and ensure administrative tasks are completed promptly.
