Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, develop personalized treatment plans, and identify the most effective therapeutic approaches.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate methods tailored to client needs.

• Collaboration with clients to establish and achieve therapeutic goals, providing ongoing encouragement and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from children to adults, addressing concerns that include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree at a minimum, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
