Our team comprises two dedicated physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all striving to enhance our patients' quality of life.

Work Environment

This position is onsite at our rehabilitation center in Stephens City, Virginia, an area known for its serene and supportive community. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to accurately identify patient goals, needs, and functional limitations.
• Manage a patient caseload with a focus on personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include various evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatments to ensure effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Provide education to patients on exercises, preventative techniques, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care and optimal recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services clearly using EMR software, particularly WebPT.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process to enhance adherence and outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continually refine treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no prior disciplinary actions taken against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a thorough understanding of evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient record management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and expertise.
