Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards and timelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to ensure effective evaluations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual clients.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold high standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients, service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Maintain clear and open lines of communication with colleagues and external stakeholders to promote the agency’s mission within the community.

• Engage regularly with local, state, and federal agencies to foster relationships and seek potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at various events.

• Contribute to the integration of agency values and mission in daily activities and client interactions.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and challenges stemming from acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n
